a globe it is

life sure is a globe..
there are times when you are at top of the world..
but there are times when you shall fall..
too low that you cant even raise your head..
feeling like buried in your grief and sadness there shall be someone out there in this world who are feeling worst..
its good that you realise how bad it is to fall
may you store that in your head and move forward carrying way lot of lessons and starting off new life..
its never too late to start a new life at any point in your age..
as long as your eyes does not shut forever..
there are times for you to repent and wake up from that fall..

racing

when everyone is running towards the same goal..
you are left back because you are taking a step too small..
you felt hopeless when you ant see anyone behind you..
shall yo keep on running? or should you just walk??
or should you leave the race??

why are you still moving on??
the rewards at the end of line??
your pride as a racer??
or you really want to reach the goal??

is there ever such pure determination??
running towards a goal because you really do want to reach that goal???

for me..
i guess...
i run because i have to run..
I'm ordered to run...
but I'm hopeless while my feet keep marching forward..
aargh..
get me of of this feeling..
i want my heart and feet march forward simultaneously..

sleep

how many hours of sllep do you consider sufficient and adequate??
is there a truth on medical student shall have less sleep  compare to others..
darn! another life's good thing been taken away..

by:sleep-deprived medical student....

waahahahah..

its quite contradict though..
living in a shared house with other medical students...i found out that me who claimed to be sleep-deprived is actually the one with most numerous sleeping time..

well..
sometimes..you felt that you had done enough...
but the truth is...
its not even starting how could you say its done???

dont be satisfied with what you have but wonder why aren't you be doing things that you haven't done..
but of course this only implies on positive attitude..
not necessarily to be a popular action...but something that you sure are ethically right...

Leisure

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
William Henry Davies, 1871-1940

nice poet and what a nice timing when i encounter it..
true enough..i dont even have time to stop and think what to eat today but i can just digg in the fridge and reach what ever i food is there..

the deadline is here..the exams are around the corner..
shall i stop to pause and rest for a while?
shall i take a break and reflect of what ever i did hours before..
or shall i just pause to take an empty glare outside the window..
in the end,
i shall just sigh cause thats all i can do..
stopping is something i could never think of as time is running while i'm still walking..

Persons suffering from mental disabilities
are particularly vulnerable to discrimination.
Not only does this impact negatively on their
ability to access appropriate treatment and
care but the stigma associated with mental
illness means that they experience discrimination
in many other aspects of their lives,
affecting their rights to employment, adequate
housing, education, etc.

The United Nations Resolution on the Protection
of Persons with Mental Illness prohibits discrimination
on the grounds of mental illness.(19)

much to equal human rights heh?
there are feminisme,socialisme and etc..
but for those mentally-ill people..
there are those whom we care less..
is it because their mental state which draw away their rights as human..
if yes..then what defines human as human..???
is it the soul that contained within one's heart or just the brain enclosed in that empty skull..

DirEction anyone??

i used the same transport to class day in day out...
using the same route mainichi..
taking almost the same range of time to get there..
almost always to pass that location at almost always the same hour everyday...
seeing almost the same scenario everyday..
not paying much attention is how i perceived the path i took..
not knowing the existence is how the people whom i passed by particularly sees me..

but somehow...that day came to be a history for me..

i was listening to my mp3 which obviously not an iPod..

i was acknowledge..

" ano..sumimasen.."

before i looked up..will it be a hot girl who somehow realised the time I'll passed by and wait silently for me but could not longer just wait??

when i looked up..

dang! crashed! ruined! everything just shattered into pieces..
there is an old uncle who wants to ask direction..
Lol...its not even interesting anymore and how could i not be able to differentiate a guys voice and a girl's..
aa'aah..
maybe I'm spending less and less time with human till i nearly forgot that important thing..

the next day i was stop again..
an old lady who ask me for direction still..

the next day..
i stop myself to ask an uncle whom seems a bit lost..

3 consecutive events??
it made me wonder..there are big signboard at almost every turn..

illiteracy...???
maybe that's for an older generation who had the disadvantage of cant afford an education before..
pity them...
but yet..among those who know how to read..
sometimes there got lost to..
pseudo-illiteracy???
or just the way of not wanting to understand things written..

either way,,
if you don't follow the guided pathway..
guess you'll get lost no matter where you are..
neither the literacy nor the directions are important..
its yourself who walk the feet that count...

reading

ever felt like
'the more i read...the 'dumb'er i felt....'
especially studying after examination....
aark..i did a huge mistake when answering the question..
how nice of the examiner of not laughing to my stupid mistakes...
baka ney? watashi..

well there are times u'll do mistakes..
thats normal for human being right??
but u could be really baka if you aren't learning after the incident...
thus..
reflecting and learning i shall in order to keep on moving...

i'll never regret my mistakes but regret i shall if i keep on doing the same mistakes and not moving on....

my vision....

there are lots of things that you think should not happen at the first place..
there are lots of things that whenever it happen to you..
you'll think that life is totally unfair..
there are times when you feel everyone is against you..
you even feel that everything around you is not good enough and that you want to change everything..
everything around you..

well
had it ever come cross your mind..
when there are too many mistake..
who to be blame?
in this case...
who shall be responsible..
people and things around that for sure came in different forms and sizes..
or you who of course unique but you are something that is flexible in which you could change yourself to fit things around you..

lessons will only come for those who want to learn..
greatness will only be great for those who acknowledge the achievement..
thus..
mistakes or imperfection will only be seen by perfectionist..

if its too hard to change what revolves around you..
why not try to change the way you see thing around you..
at least thats the closest and smallest thing that you could change..

when you change how you see the world..
things that seem to be unfortunate before will be something you really appreciate..

so not hope for the world to be change..
but lets try to change how we see the world..

morning

when you first awaken from your sleep early in the morning..
what came into your mind??

1) darn! i'm late... then you rush off to the toilet..
2) why are you up sun?? i want to see more of the moon..
3) not right now..not when i just had a sweet dream...
4) thank God i'm awake for another day..

or you dont even bother to recall whats on your mind that early because you know that switch to your head had not been plug in???

well..
matbe..its to lame to put an effort on what seem to be a tiny piece of unimportant stuff, right???

whats important to you may not be important to me and whats important to me may not bother you at all..

memory of what you felt after you awake may not be important to you whom had the ability to wake up almost everyday into a normal world..

possibly..it will be important only to those whom knew they'll faced a difficult day that morning..
possibly..it will be important only for those whom sleep is the saviour from the misery in this world...
